What is the best type of replacement equipment during the PIR and redo a bathroom to the studs.?

Cement panels? WonderBoard? Partitions? Hardy? ———- —————————————- ———————————— This is a new version: electric wall plumbing addition Apartment , only a shower pan with a final drainage must be special order, I think most centers are available? If the center is the most common re-must go! In addition, I get up, shower and rotation control, removing 3-button controls. Is there any advice, accessories make special arrangements to do this?
